Studio Climb designs mascots for AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2011

When Qatar required a fitting mascot to represent their 2011 AFC Asian Cup, Studio Climb approached this great opportunity by conceptualizing and designing a family of mascot designs that are inspired by a desert rodent that is well known in Qatar as the jerboa. Many rounds of visualizations were done to perfect the look and realism of the mascot, adopting every characteristics of the jerboa from their expressive large eyes, the way it hops with their long legs and tufted tail.
