General Purpose

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling duties including making appointments arrange and coordinate business schedule/ events and social functions, travel arrangement and etc.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentation, drafts, memos and emails
  • Correct spelling and grammar to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director or his supervisor.


Additional Assistant

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Research, price, and purchase office equipment, supplies or others.
  • Any other ad- hoc duties by supervisor when necessary



  • Having Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in secretarial, admin or business study.
  • Good knowledge about how to interact with business clients.
  • Able to provide prompt delivery of tasks and problem solving.
  • Perfect enthusiasm in learning new things.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English communication skills both written and oral.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in the corporate administration practice.
  • Capable of handling difficult situations in a perfect manner.
  • Must be able to travel and drive a car; have a valid drivers license.
